Aldar Properties and Tikit: Building Connections Through Creator Storytelling

Real estate marketing is ultimately about more than buildings.

A residential development represents a potential home. A lifestyle destination represents experiences. A new community can represent an entirely different way of living.

Communicating those ideas requires more than listing features. Audiences need to see what the places could mean in real life.

That principle sits at the centre of Tikit’s work as a strategic campaign partner for Aldar Properties, using carefully selected creators and engaging storytelling to bring residential communities, lifestyle destinations and major development launches to wider audiences.

Across the partnership, campaigns have generated 10M+ reach, 8M+ views and a 3.1% engagement rate.

From Yas Island activations to residential communities and lifestyle campaigns, the collaboration demonstrates how influencer marketing can translate large-scale developments into stories audiences can connect with.

A Strategic Campaign Partnership

Aldar’s portfolio creates a distinctive influencer marketing challenge.

The subject of a campaign can shift from a residential community to a lifestyle destination or a major development launch. Each requires a different story, audience and creator approach.

Tikit’s role therefore extends beyond securing visibility for individual campaigns.

As a strategic campaign partner, the objective is to identify creators who align with each activation and develop content capable of communicating the experience surrounding Aldar’s developments.

The partnership has delivered:

10M+ Reach

8M+ Views

3.1% Engagement Rate

These results span flagship campaign areas including Yas Island activations, residential communities and lifestyle campaigns.

Selling the Experience Around the Property

Property decisions are highly visual, but showing a development is not the same as communicating what it feels like to live there.

This is where creators can add another dimension.

A residential campaign can introduce more than architecture. Creator storytelling can place communities within the context of everyday routines, surroundings and lifestyle.

For lifestyle destinations, the opportunity changes again. Instead of explaining what exists at a location, creators can experience it and give audiences a more immediate sense of what they could discover there themselves.

This allows real estate and destination marketing to move from description towards experience.

The audience is not simply shown a place.

They are given a reason to imagine themselves within it.

Yas Island Activations: Turning Destinations Into Content

Yas Island provides a strong environment for creator-led storytelling because the destination itself offers experiences that can become content.

For influencer campaigns, this creates opportunities beyond straightforward promotion.

Creators can introduce destinations through their own perspectives, allowing audiences to experience locations through familiar voices and content formats.

That distinction matters.

A brand can tell an audience that a destination is worth visiting. A creator can show them what spending time there actually looks like.

For Tikit and Aldar, Yas Island activations form one of the flagship areas of the partnership, connecting destination experiences with creator audiences through digital storytelling.

Bringing Residential Communities to Life

Residential property presents a different marketing challenge.

Buying or considering a home is a significant decision, and audiences often need more than polished imagery to understand what distinguishes one community from another.

The surrounding lifestyle becomes part of the proposition.

Where could someone spend their weekends? What does the community feel like? What kind of daily experience does the location offer? How does the development connect with the lifestyle a prospective resident wants?

Creator content can help communicate these dimensions in a more relatable format.

For Aldar’s residential communities, carefully selected influencers can help turn development messaging into stories centred on actual lifestyles and experiences.

That does not replace detailed property information. Instead, it creates an accessible first point of discovery that can encourage audiences to learn more.

Creator Selection Is Part of the Strategy

Large follower counts do not automatically make a creator right for a property campaign.

The creator needs to make sense for the development, destination and audience.

A lifestyle creator may be suited to showcasing experiences around a destination. Family-focused creators can offer a different perspective on residential communities. Luxury or property-focused personalities may be more relevant to particular development launches.

The strongest selection depends on what the campaign needs to communicate.

That is why Tikit’s approach for Aldar centres on carefully selected creators, rather than treating influencer reach as the only measure that matters.

For leading influencer marketing in the UAE, creator relevance is particularly important. The market includes audiences with different nationalities, lifestyles, interests and reasons for engaging with property or destination content.

The right creator provides access not simply to more people, but to a more relevant conversation.

Lifestyle Campaigns Build a Wider Brand Story

Not every campaign needs to focus directly on a property launch.

Lifestyle content can build a broader understanding of what a developer represents.

Communities are shaped by the experiences around them: leisure, entertainment, dining, public spaces and the way people interact with a destination all contribute to its identity.

This creates a wider storytelling opportunity for Aldar.

Rather than communicating developments only at the point of launch, lifestyle campaigns can keep audiences engaged with the places and experiences connected to the brand.

Over time, individual creator activations can contribute to a larger narrative around Aldar’s communities and destinations across the UAE.

Supporting Awareness and Trust Through Authentic Content

Property marketing requires trust.

The significance of the decision means audiences are likely to approach real estate messaging differently from everyday consumer advertising.

Influencer content can support that relationship when the partnership feels credible.

Authenticity in this context does not mean removing the brand from the content. It means selecting creators whose audiences, interests and storytelling styles genuinely align with what is being presented.

The creator can then introduce the development or destination in a format their audience already understands.

This is particularly valuable when communicating Aldar’s wider vision of creating sustainable communities across the UAE.

Large ideas such as community, lifestyle and sustainability become more tangible when audiences can see the environments and experiences behind them.

What the Campaign Results Tell Us

Across Tikit’s partnership with Aldar, campaigns have achieved 10M+ reach and 8M+ views, demonstrating substantial exposure for the content produced around its developments and destinations.

The reported 3.1% engagement rate adds another layer to the results by reflecting audience interaction alongside visibility.

These metrics should be viewed within their specific roles.

Reach indicates the scale of reported audience exposure. Views demonstrate consumption of campaign content. Engagement provides an indication of interaction.

They do not independently establish property enquiries, visits or sales, but they show the scale at which creator-led storytelling has brought Aldar’s campaigns to digital audiences.

From Development Marketing to Community Storytelling

The Tikit and Aldar partnership demonstrates the broader role creators can play in real estate marketing.

The story does not have to begin and end with a building.

It can begin with a day at a destination, a glimpse into community life, a lifestyle experience or the excitement surrounding a new development launch.

Through Yas Island activations, residential communities and lifestyle campaigns, Tikit has supported Aldar with creator-led campaigns designed to enhance awareness, build trust and communicate the experiences surrounding its portfolio.

The partnership has delivered 10M+ reach, 8M+ views and a 3.1% engagement rate.

For brands investing in leading influencer marketing in the UAE, the Aldar partnership illustrates the value of moving beyond isolated promotions towards sustained, strategic storytelling.

Because the strongest property marketing does not only show audiences what is being built.

It helps them understand the life that could happen there.
