Mercedes-Benz City: A Global Influencer Campaign

A major property launch is no longer just about unveiling a development. It is about creating a moment capable of reaching investors, international audiences and luxury consumers across markets.

For Mercedes-Benz City by Binghatti, that ambition was global.

Tikit provided extensive influencer and celebrity support, collaborating with 188 influencers from around the world to amplify one of the region's largest property launches.

The campaign generated 439 million in reach, 407 million views and a 3.1% engagement rate.

The results demonstrate how luxury influencer marketing in Dubai can take a major property launch beyond its immediate market and turn it into an international digital moment.

The Mercedes-Benz City Campaign

The objective behind Tikit's work with Mercedes-Benz City by Binghatti was ambitious: provide large-scale global influencer and celebrity support for one of the region's largest property launches.

Rather than concentrating the activation within one market, Tikit collaborated with 188 influencers from around the world.

The campaign delivered:

439M Reach

3.1% Engagement Rate

188 Global Influencers

The scale was particularly relevant to real estate. Unlike an everyday consumer product, a major property development may need to attract prospective buyers, investors, international business communities and luxury lifestyle audiences simultaneously.

Working with 188 creators allowed the launch to enter multiple digital communities rather than depending on a single celebrity or a small group of local influencers.

Why Luxury Property Needs Global Influencer Marketing

Dubai's luxury property sector attracts attention well beyond the UAE.

For developments with international ambitions, marketing therefore needs to reach audiences across different markets and digital communities.

Traditional property advertising can communicate architecture, location and development features. Influencer marketing adds another dimension by placing a project within the lifestyle, design and cultural conversations audiences already follow.

An architecture creator may focus on design. A luxury lifestyle influencer can introduce the development through premium living. A global personality can expose the launch to audiences who may not normally consume real estate content.

These different perspectives provide multiple entry points into the same development story.

For Mercedes-Benz City by Binghatti, Tikit's international creator network provided the scale required to extend the launch across global audiences.

The Power of 188 Influencers

Activating 188 influencers is not the same as running 188 separate advertisements.

The value comes from coordinating creators around one major moment while allowing each influencer to communicate with their own audience.

Multiple creators introduce the launch to different communities. Content across numerous accounts creates repeated opportunities for discovery. International personalities also carry the story beyond the development's home market.

The result is a property launch that exists across multiple digital communities instead of remaining confined to the developer's own channels.

Tikit's collaboration with 188 global influencers created that scale, contributing to the campaign's reported 439 million reach and 407 million views.

When Automotive Heritage Meets Luxury Real Estate

Mercedes-Benz City by Binghatti brings together two distinct worlds: automotive and real estate.

That combination creates more storytelling possibilities than a conventional property launch.

Automotive audiences can connect with the Mercedes-Benz association. Architecture and design audiences can engage with the development concept. Luxury lifestyle communities can approach it through the idea of branded residences and premium living.

For influencer marketing, these different interests provide opportunities to introduce the same development to audiences for different reasons.

Tikit's global influencer and celebrity activation helped take advantage of that wider appeal, extending awareness beyond consumers already interested in Dubai property.

Why Celebrity Support Matters

Celebrity participation can play a specific role in a major property launch.

A recognisable personality can introduce a development to an established audience that may have little previous familiarity with the project.

However, celebrity reach and influencer relevance serve different purposes.

Celebrities can generate broad attention, while specialised creators can connect a development with communities interested in property, architecture, lifestyle, design or investment.

Tikit's strategy brought these forms of influence together, using a network of 188 global influencers to create visibility across different audiences.

Understanding the Campaign Results

The Mercedes-Benz City campaign generated three significant reported metrics.

439 million reach reflects the scale of audience exposure generated by the campaign.

407 million views demonstrate substantial consumption of the creator content surrounding the launch.

3.1% engagement adds a measure of audience interaction alongside that large-scale visibility.

These metrics measure different parts of campaign performance. They do not independently establish property sales or investment conversions, but they demonstrate the scale of digital visibility and interaction generated by the influencer activation.

For a launch designed around global awareness, that distinction matters.

Turning a Property Launch Into a Global Moment

A property launch happens at a particular time and place. Digital creator content allows its visibility to travel much further.

International influencers can introduce the development to people who were never physically present at the launch. Celebrity participation can extend the story into entertainment and lifestyle audiences. Multiple creators can keep the development visible across different digital communities.

This is why the scale of the creator network should reflect the ambition of the development itself.

Mercedes-Benz City by Binghatti was positioned as a major regional property launch. Tikit's strategy matched that ambition with an international influencer activation involving 188 creators.
